Kamkaru.lk Terms of Service

Welcome to Kamkaru.lk, an online learning platform operated by Kamkaru lk Team. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Kamkaru lk Team. By accessing or using Kamkaru.lk, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 13 years or older to use Kamkaru.lk.
  • You agree to provide accurate information (full name, email, phone number, address) when registering.
  • You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Account sharing, password transfers, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
  • Kamkaru lk Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

2. Ownership of Content

  • All courses, materials, and digital content on Kamkaru.lk are the sole property of Kamkaru lk Team.
  • Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their content, but ownership remains with the Company.
  • Users may download resources only for personal learning purposes. Redistribution, resale, screen recording, or public sharing of materials is strictly forbidden.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for courses are processed exclusively by Webxpay.
  • Webxpay is responsible for handling transactions. Kamkaru lk Team does not store or process payment details.
  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company and may depend on Webxpay’s policies.
  • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes or fees related to their purchases.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Account sharing, password resale, or granting third parties access to your account.
  • Recording, copying, or distributing course content.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Kamkaru.lk platform.
  • Using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Kamkaru.lk, its software, branding, and design are protected under intellectual property laws of Sri Lanka.
  • No license or ownership rights are granted to Users beyond personal learning use.
  • Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Kamkaru.lk provides educational services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes.
  • Kamkaru lk Team disclaims all responsibility for third-party services, including payment providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kamkaru lk Team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Kamkaru.lk.
  • This includes but is not limited to financial loss, data loss, downtime, or reliance on course content.
  • In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific course in question.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

  • We collect information (name, email, phone number, address) for account creation, marketing, and service improvements.
  • Data will not be sold but may be shared with third parties required to operate the service (e.g., Webxpay).
  • Users consent to receive marketing communications from Kamkaru.lk.
  • We are not responsible for third-party data breaches or misuse outside our control.

9. Termination of Service

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform.
  • Upon termination, all rights granted to the User will immediately end. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
  • Users agree not to initiate class actions or collective claims against the Company.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Kamkaru lk Team reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
